Have you looked at sponsors that can reduce the price of attending? Frequently you can find corporate sponsors who will jump at the opportunity to be listed as a major sponsor and get their name out in front of your attendees and invitees.

Sponsorships might include mention in your media package, table signage, program mentions, signage at the event, advertising specialty products like pens, notepads, and the only limitation is your imagination.

You can invite sponsors to have a display table at your event to gain further visibility with your attendees. Or perhaps sell additional trade show exhibitor space to increase your event revenue. Always be thinking about other methods to increase your revenue while adding a better value to your attendees.

After all, without the attendees, your event will seem pointless.
